#9 - Customer Expectations & The Future of the Show

Real estate agents are one of the few professionals that seem to be expected to work 24/7. Especially around the holidays, our phones don't stop ringing and we are constantly on the go. This is great and we love the business but when customers we've never met get upset when we ask a few questions before committing to showing a home it can be frustrating. In the end it's all about respect for your time, the sellers time and our time which is valuable. Paul and I discuss a bit about why Realtors go through this pre-qualification process before we deciding to just drop everything and rush out to show a house to someone we've never met before.
